  About Me

I was born in Charlottesville, Virginia, but I was raised in Bradenton, FL. I have 6 siblings, 4 sisters and 2 brothers. My parents are divorced, they had their ups and many downs. So I can honestly I raised my 15 yr. old sister, 14 yr. old sister & 9 yr. old brother. My older brother is 21 but he lives his own life now with his son. A few years later, my mother had two more little girls, who I adore with all my heart, a 1 yr. old and a 2 yr. old from another man. Everyday when I came from work, I taught them their Abc's, the itsy bitsy spider and to count to 10. I have a video that proves that my 2 yr. old sister knows these three subjects. I am great with children. I love to be outdoors, I love to run, play soccer, volleyball and tennis. I just got married to a Marine 2 weeks ago and had to move up here in Jacksonville, NC. I have been looking for a job and I would really appreciate for the opportunity to take on this responsibility. I may be young, but I guarantee you, I am more mature then I look. I intend to continue my studies. I am a patient care technician, I do have a certificate to prove it. I volunteered to work in a nursing home for my clinical hours and loved it. I have worked at a Homehealth care for a year, I am great with people. I am a very hardworking person and very reliable. Thank you.

  Work Experience & Education Background

1 years experience, 2 references
Since I am a patient care technician, I know how to provide care for an elderly person. Depending on their condition and how severe it is, I will have to take them a bath, dress them, feed them, keep them active, transport them to wherever they need to go, make sure their house it clean so they won't have an accident, the laundry has to be done, make sure their bed is made in the morning, and keep them company, elderly people love to talk, that's what I love about this profession & ALWAYS let them have their independence at times, with a little assistance. :)

I worked for over a year with Jim. He was my boss from "Sbarro, " this was my first job in my senior year of high school. I left because I started to get more hours at the Homehealth care and I chose PCT over this job.
