I currently work as a floater (1 yr) in a daycare center with children ages 2-4. I have 3 years experiences as a teacher's asistant with children ages 2-9 and 13 yrs experiences babysitting my niece and nephews. (13, 10, 8, 5, and 3). As a babysitter children always come first. I am protective yet I also act like a child. Iam compassionate, caring and respectful toward them and expect the same. I am a discplnary and I am a friend and teacher. I always been fascinated by how children grow and learn so quickly by lanuage, play art, learning etc.. they are so amazing.
As a nanny is one that provides a safe and nurturing environment while promoting the physical, social, emotional, and intellectual development of young children.
