  About Me

As a recent graduate of Syracuse University since May 2012 (Summa Cum Laude), I took time to travel internationally as well as within the states. At the start of the new year, I moved to the East Village to begin a career and attain a master's in teaching. Come September, I begin Teach For America-NYC teaching underprivileged students K-12.

In addition to career aspirations, my passions and interests spread across a broad spectrum. Engagement in outdoor activities, particularly sports, hiking, and skiing/snowboarding, are top priorities of mine to stay healthy and passionate. To stimulate the mind, I love strategic games such as chess, backgammon and trivia (played them as a young girl with my father and continue to play ever since). Creativity is also an important part of my life: stage and film actress in high school/college, flutist, poet and designer (film editing, photoshop, drawing). Can not forget my passion for literature and old films.

Warm regards,
Alexandra
