  About Me

I have been working as a Nanny for the past 10 years. I am a responsible, caring, honest and compassionate individual. I enjoy knowing that I can make a difference in a child's life and be able to make things fun and interesting for them. I strive to provide a secure and loving environment for the children, and at the same time, take some of the pressure off of the parents regarding household duties. I will provide a safe, caring, nurturing and stimulating environment in which your child can learn and develop. I am CPR certified and can provide excellent references. I am commited to the child's social and emotional well-being and am interested in making sure the family unit is supported.
I have lived in Jacksonville for the past 15 years, having moved here from Massachusetts with my daughter. I enjoy gardening, reading and music and am a Licensed Massage Therapist.

Virginia Black, MD
I worked for the Black family for 9 years, caring for their two beautiful children. The job started out as a full-time position, but as the children grew, it became part-time. I left to pursue a full-time job with another family. I do however still sit for the children on occassion and remain on good terms with the family.

Karen Haseltine
I have worked for the Haseltine/Northrup family since 2008, on a part-time basis. There are four children in the family and I have tutored the youngest child for his entrance exam to Bolles, and have cared for the children in the home, as well as transported them to outside activities after school. I continue to work with this family in the evenings and some weekends.
