| Ever since I was in high school I wanted to work with children, so I followed my heart. It's now 18 years later and I still love my job. Everyday is a new challenge which makes it fun and exciting. There's so much children want to learn. Children deserve to be loved and protected and to be treated with respect. I believe in talking to children and to teach them right vs wrong. Spanking is not acceptable, but I think a child understands more with the time out method which as always worked for me. |
