| I am a 24 year old female. I am 25 Puerto Rican, 25 Cuban, and 50 African American. I have been working with children for the past 8 years. I have worked in an after school setting as a Group Leader, a special needs school for Pre Schoolers as a Teacher assistant, I also worked in a residential program as a Child Care Worker (dealing with students who have emotional, behavarial, and learning disabilities). My mother is a foster parent. She has fostered a lot of children with many different special need issues. As you can see I love working with children. I have had other opportunities to switch fields but I can't see myself doing anything else. I have a very good heart. I tend to put other people's needs before my own. I have a lot of patience. Dealing with children for as long as I have you have to have patience. If you have any questions feel free to contact me. |
