I grew up in a suburb outside of Sacramento, CA. I was raised by my mother, Alice, and I am an only child. I grew up with extended family always close by. I was the oldest out of all the grandkids so I guess that’s why I’ve always enjoyed caring for younger children. While going to college I began to work for a daycare center working with infants and toddlers. I worked there for 2 years. While working at the center I decided that I wanted a more personal connection to the children I cared for and their families and so I decided that being a nanny would be right for me. I began my first nanny job in October 2000. I have been a nanny ever since. I am both CPR and first aid certified. I have been fortunate enough to work for some really great families.
