Hello my name is Heather, and I am 22 years old. I graduated with honors from SJVC with an Associates Degree in Medical Assisting in Jan. of 2013. Before that I received certificates in Medical and Accounting Clerks from Computer Tutor Business and Technical Institute. I have two nieces whom I love dearly, and love to come up with fun new activities and crafts for us to do. My maternal grandmother has Alzheimer's and I took care of her for 2 years. Unfortunately she got to the point where she needs 24/7 care and at that time I was still in school completing my degree so we had to hire a company. I have also babysat both of my nieces since they were infants. I like to play sports, spend time with family and friends, watch movies, read books, play bingo, and just enjoy nature. I believe I am very creative, largely due to the fact that 3/4 of my high school years I was in drama class, drama club, and video production; along with being in various plays. In High school I was in the library club, which I feel led to me loving reading even further. Once I was in college I became President of the Associate Student Body, and a member of the National Technical Honors Society. I also won the Founder's Award which is for outstanding community involvement, excellent grades, and perfect attendance.
