| I am very passionate about what I do as a child care provider. I feel children are our future, and is it up to us to enstill the morals and values we wish our children to have. A care giver has one of the most important jobs in the world. It is important for me to be a safe loving provider for children when they are away from their families. I am honest, loving, easy going, and hard working. I believe children need structure. Therefore I like to have a daily scheduel for the children. I feel it helps them to know what there day will be like and helps with transition times if they know whats next.
