I grew up on the island of Taiwan and therefore have a unique world view. My family is from Tennessee and we have strong family values. I have a very happy marriage to my husband of 13 years. We have no children.
I bring a lot of experience and creativity to all I do. I am very proactive and care for children with compassion and respect. I believe children should be loved and cared for in a safe environment. As a nanny, my job would be to guide them (rather than lead) them through childhood.
Also, I like to think outside the box in coming up with creative solutions to everyday problems. I like to give children choices and responsibility which I feel leads to greater self esteem.
However, I am firm and discipline with patience, love and respect. I use my creativity to have fun and engage in various activities including arts/crafts. Children learn by doing. |
