| I am 19 years old, hispanic, married, and mother of a 16month old baby. being a mom has tough me a lot of good things like been responsible, mature, caring, loving, compassionate, warm, patient, and well organized with a kids schudule. I am a happy girl and mother and just like I love to spend time with my daughter I like to give me my space too and hang out with friends and husband once in a while. I pick to be a nanny first because I am very patient I like to play and make children smile. I am still young and trying to become a professional but by being a parent I need a little extra money and I decided to work in this because as right now this is what am profesinal at right now being a mom and work with kids, and I know I would do a good job. Also as a nanny you beome part of a family and is nice when you receive love from others and it feels good when a child gets to have a special caring for you. I like to be fun and creative. Keep them entertain and having kids happy to know that shes's coming (ME). Doing activities(appropriate for the age)like going for a walk, to the park, zoo, library. Playing flashcard, art and crafts. pretending, singing, dancing if the kid is in school helping them with homework and make sure they're done before playing. Like I said I lie to be nice and warm but I also like to be firm when letting kids follow rules and always be respectful. Yelling or hurting is never the solution and I would NEVER try to harm anyone in anyway. |

I worked for a family for a year part time M-W-F afternoons taking care of two beautiful gils ages 6 months and 5yrs when started. Helping with housework, homeowrk feeding them, taking them for a bath, and putting them to bed. Take them to the park, zoo, etc. keeping them active.
I also worked for a family of six kids ages between 2-12 just accasionally and I was more responsible of the little ones when mom would drop off the oldest one to activities like changing diaper, preparing meals, readng and playing ith them. Also some evening when mom and dad had a special occasion. I worked as housekeeper with my mom too. |
