I was always amazed. Sick Time: Probably 1 or 2 days in 1. 5 yrs. Impossbile to imagine. Apps Strengths: She can sense what is needed before it is told. Takes initiative and always goes beyond her duties to help us out. Never gets angry at kids. Gets everything done on time, extremely clean, organized and excellent at multi tasking. She makes excellent english tea.. Details: Child care included changing, feeding, playing, teaching manners etc., laundary and dishes of entire family. Light cooking, and house keeping. Problem Areas: My kids love her, miss her so much, even cry for her.. unless that is a problem. Stress: She relieves my stress. It was hard when I had my twins last yr when my second child was just a little over one. She would make sure I get enough rest no matter what. She would get tired but never complained and came back with a smiling face the very next day. Comparison: I had hired 3 other nannies to help me out during late evenings and nights but I can't even compare them with Dana. I let them all go in less than 4 weeks. They came for money, Dana came for passion. She is a super woman and my friends envied me and even tried to take her away from me. Personality: Always smiling. When I am with her I feel I am with my best friend and my mom (no worries what so ever. ) Constructive Criticism: Always came back the next day with a big smile.. Physical Restrictions: None. Driving car: Very safe, never speeds or talks on the cell phone. Used to take my older child to school and swimming. Discipline: If my kids have any manners, the credit goes to her. My oldest's school teachers have said that my daughter is the most disciplined and well behaved in the class. She is a dream child of any teacher. Best case: There are so many challenging situations where she was there for me and my kids that it is hard to write. All I can say is that I never missed my mom when she was with me though she is more than 10 yrs younger than I am. I could open up and say anything and ask her for any help. she was always there. Termination reason: We decided to move to India for an year to spend time with parents. Rehire: She is mine when I come back. :) As I said before, she is not only a great nanny, but she is a great person and a great friend. It is a mistake not to hire her.
