I have since retired from my professional business career and am now doing what I love most. And that is being part of a family where I can ensure the most loving environment and to help nurture the children emotionally and intellectually so that they can achieve their full potential. In addition, cooking is one of my passions where I have extensive knowledge in nutrition.
My past childcare experience includes raising two wonderful successful children, and I am now a grandmother, and I have been helping to care for my four year old grand-daughter since she was born. I have also been a nanny for the following two families for the past six years.
Most recently I have been a nanny to Ella, a two year old since December 2011, and enjoyed taking care of them as a family. They are moving out of state and mentioned in their recommendation letter that I have become a close member of the family. They also say they know their daughter is being well taken care of by me, because she wakes up every morning and asks when she will see me. Amy mentions that they travel often and I was flexible with my schedule, enjoyed making them warm and healthy meals, tidying up the house, and helping with laundry. That I always try to be helpful and want what is best for their family.
I was also a nanny to Peyton, since she was 10 months old until she went to preschool. In addition to caring for their child, I tried to help as much as possible by doing all their laundry, cooking dinner for them at least once or more per week, and enjoyed doing the grocery shopping. I love what I do and seeing their daughter's face light up with a great big smile when I arrived filled my heart with joy. Before going to this position, I also took care of a 10 year old, made breakfast, and drove her to school.
I love children and I am an experienced, honest reliable nanny with a fun loving attitude. I will be committed to making your lives as easy and effortless as possible so that you can enjoy spending more quality time with your family.
In addition, I am very energetic but yet very calm, and realize from years of experience, that both are an important necessity in caring for children.
With a college education, I am very versatile in all subjects which range from business to the arts helping me to enrich the lives of the children whom are in my care.
Sincerely,
Nina G.
