  About Me

My name is Hanna S. and I am an American college graduate. I graduated (on the Dean's List) from Samford University with my BA in psychology. I come from a family with 3 sisters (one older and two younger), and am very close with my family.
I have 10 years of experience in nannying and childcare. I started babysitting when I was 12 years old, and have nearly always had some sort of job or volunteer position where I was responsible for children. I have extensive experience with special needs children, from autism to deafness to ADD.
I have done both part-time work for families with as many as 6 children, to church volunteer work (with up to 25-30 children in a room) to more personal nannying for an only child. I am comfortable with taking care of both boys and girls of any ages. I can cook to a degree, I have a clean driving record and I have never had any mishaps whilst in charge of children (save spilled milk or reconciling sibling arguments).
As for hobbies, I enjoy being outdoors and exploring new places. I spend my free time bike-riding, hiking, or just taking walks around my neighborhood. I also love to read and have a massive shelf full of books. I greatly enjoy animals and love volunteering with my local animal shelter (in addition to my current job at a boarding clinic).
Thank you for taking the time to consider my profile.

Michael Melvin
I cared for his niece after school. I picked her up, made a snack, helped with her homework and entertained her with games and outdoor activities. I found the job at the beginning of my freshman Spring semester, and worked until the end of the Spring semester in May. I did not return due to the child going to another city to live with her mother.
