A proud mother of 2 grown children is seeking a Nanny position that will use my life experiences in the most kindest, and caring way. I am happiest when I know that I will make a difference in the lives of children in my care for many years to come. The only Programs I watch on T. V. are on Channel PBS. I think most of the T. V. programs now are not teaching good knowledge. Empower Kids with reading more books, going to the library, visiting museums, and teach children to help others like our neighbors and show that we care.
I have been to Nepal 3 times to volunteer at See Change Foundation. I taught English in a remote village in the Himalayan mountains area. I trained teachers, principal, students and local village people hygiene and healthcare.
Volunteered full time at an orphanage in Nepal. Helping them with basic hygiene, help with homework.
My interests are healthy eating, biking, running, reading, yoga, meditation and taking photos, and helping my son Erik with his charity See Change Foundation of Nepal, I also love to visit my daughter Ashley, her husband and my grandson Dayton in Tennessee.

Work Experience & Education Background |

8 years experience, 5 references |
Assisted infants with special needs to reach their greatest potential and improve their lives. Ensuring that the child feels good about themselves. Teaching and modeling good behavior will give them a great foundation early on, it does effect their later years to come. Teaching them self love and to be kind. I intend to continue my education in childcare and to excell at my job as a childcare provider or nanny. Communication with the parents is so important to make things work. I am very flexible person and well loved by others. Worked well in the special education schools. I enjoyed helping and making a difference in improving their life. |
