I have worked with newborns to freshman in high school, I have experience with twins and a few different types of special needs. But to me every child is equal in my eye and I love all of them no matter what because children are my passion. I love working with them and being an important role model and friend in their life. I fallow the parents rules and guidelines when it comes to what the kids are allowed to do and how they need to disciplined, but at the same try I like to help the child understand why.
