  About Me

Good day,
I am a healthy and hard working woman who owned and operated a beef cattle ranch for most of my adult life. I love all animals (Not fond of reptiles) After my husbands death I moved back to Reno where I was born and raised. I worked at the Nevada Humane Society, RTC as a bus driver and a retail clerk at Longs Drugstore. Which now is CVS. Every summer I had young nieces and nephews who stayed with me so although I never had my own children I love kids and enjoy their company very much. Living and working on a ranch I also am very familiar with cooking for a crowd or just a few. (I consider myself a good cook) Not a gourmet but can cook and enjoy doing so. I love to swim and hike. I have traveled a great deal and love to be on the go. Discovering new restaurants is something I love to do. Yes, I would call myself a foodie. I married in 2009 to my high school sweetheart. He is a Native American. I am sorry to say it didn't work out so am now looking to take my life in a new direction. Both my parents are deceased. I have never had my own children. And my siblings live far away so really I am looking for a family who is willing to adopt me. Maybe that sounds a little desperate lol.. I don't mean it to but, I would be happy to have a family who needs me to care for them. I hope you will consider me for an interview. I am looking forward to meeting you. I had a very extensive background check when I went to work as a bus driver but, more than willing to have another one. I hope this letter finds someone out there who needs me to care for them whether you are a single person or a family who may need a grandmother or an aunt.
With warm regards,
Sandra Lorraine Leyva
