I have been caring for children of all ages from newborn to 14 years old for over 25 years. I have provided child care in a variety of settings, such as: working in a day care center, family functions (reunions, weddings, birthday parties, etc. ) home care setting, etc.
My experience in providing child care has alotted me the opportunity to help shape the next generation. Working with children is a joy because not only do I get to become part of their lives and teach them life long lessons, I in turn receive so much more.
In my years of providing child care, I have been responsible for many duties: preparing meals, laundry (ironing included), variety of house work, transporting children to and from activities, arts and crafts, meeting all other child care needs. I believe children should be seen and heard. Children are our future and should be listen to and respected at all times.
