I have a special love for teaching. I have read all of Maria Montessori's books, and find her insights inspiring.
I have enjoyed being a nanny for the past 6 years. The work is both rewarding, and challenging. I try to adapt to the family's needs, as we all should be on the same page. I use natural consequences, as a rule. Also, I use my sense of humor to communicate, whenever possible. Children seem to respond well to these technics.
