While having so many siblings led to an ability to relate to people that can’t be taught, growing up with a mom who was a realtor gave Jeremy an education in real estate that began well before he entered the industry professionally. Before that would happen, however, Jeremy experienced an academic and professional journey that introduced him to people and places all over the world. The first stop was Aardvark Israel, an intensive study abroad program based in Tel-Aviv and Jerusalem, where Jeremy spent what he considers to be the best year of his life volunteering for an animal shelter, the Jerusalem Biblical Zoo, and a soup kitchen that served the homeless and Holocaust survivors. Jeremy then earned his associate’s in liberal arts and sciences from the State University of New York (RCC). He went on to hone his business and marketing skills at Florida International University College of Business, and also attended the Gold Coast School of Real Estate in Florida, where he developed knowledge of all aspects of the industry, including condos, co-ops, timeshares, land parcels, and new developments. He gained his professional real estate chops at Re/Max Midtown, where he focused on equity and marketing while showing properties through-out Brooklyn, Queens, Manhattan, and Westchester. Jeremy has a variety of passions outside of real estate, including cooking, which he explored during a brief period as a baker in Bonita Springs, Florida. He is also an avid athlete; you can of-ten find him on the basketball court, or exploring outside the city on one of his weekly hiking trips.
