  About Me

Hi. I am 27, and have been married for 4 years. I have completed my Certified Nurses Aide program, and worked in a Skilled Nursing Home with SCU care and Hospice for 3 years previously. I learned so many important skills there such as time and personal management, and being able to anticipate the person's needs that I am caring for, before I am asked for it. I love taking care of people, helping them grow and flourish, feel cared about and loved, feel mentally stimulated and important- and I believe that regardless of age group this is important to every stage of life. I come from a large family with 3 older brothers, and their 9 children combined. I have spent a lot of time taking care of my nieces and nephews over the years. I babysat a lot in my younger years, and even then had no problem actively engaging and taking care of multiple children at once. I love taking children to the park, library, museums, just getting outside and being active and enjoying nature. I care a lot about environmentalism, health, organic foods, and sustainability. I am very into arts, crafts, and reading and love to engage children in these creative activities. I love to crochet and cross stitch, also enjoy painting and coloring. I feel that it is important that children get active engagement and stimulation, and not just have an adult sitting there halfway watching them. I love to keep them on their toes, having fun, and being creative. I am a very clean and tidy person, and have no problem keeping your home clean and tidy as needed also. Thank you so much for reading, and I look forward to setting up a meeting and seeing if I am the right fit for your family.
