| I just love playing with children in a learning enviroment. I don't just watch your children, I teach your children new and exciting things. as Stated above I like to get out, take field trips with the kids. I believe that children learn better when they experience and see first hand what it is that I am teaching them and or talking about with them. I also show respect towards a child as I would an adult, any descipline that I would have to show a child would not go beyond a time out. I feel that it is not really my role to do so with someone elses child, thats your job as a parent, not mine as the caregiver. I have worked in this field for 5 years, but I do plan on moving on so in a year or two, so this would not be long term. I am loving with children, and children seem to love me, I can't wait to get to know you and your family. My Childcare style is casual. I do not get harsh with children unless asked to as I feel That its not my role to do so. I love to do activities outside.. attend museums.. zoos.. I love teaching children through play. My job is not only to watch your child, but as stated above, teach your child. |
