| I am the baby of 8 kids. I have 18 neices/nephews and one on the way. So, with mine and my sisters, my dad will be a grandpa of 20 kids by September 2007.. I love being from a big family, and thats why I want to work where my child is welcome. I want my child to be used to other kids. Kids need structure and consistency. If you, as parents, work one way, and I come in to work another way, the kids will be wondering who is right and who is wrong? I like to be on the same page as the parents.
