I have been working for childcare for 2 years. I conduct a nurture environment as best as I could, based on their age. I want the children to have fun, but at the same time also try to educate them with basic knowledge.
Fun and educating is always be my main object when I take care the children. I want to keep them energetic all the time, cause its their time to be fun and loud.
Its hard to do this job, if you do not love kids and have patience. They have their own way to talk with us, unfortunately most adults try to talk with their children as adults too.
We have to listen more sometimes, but it doesnt mean to give whatever they wants. Some rules need to be apply to teach discipline.
