I am an ambitious hard worker with a very strong work ethic and commitment. Having a full-time job over the past couple of years has shown me the definite need to have a part-time job and learn about the work force and learning the importance in having and saving my own money for everyday and extra expenses. I am also in the process of taking my early learning childhood education certificate. Being involved in a lot of team sports has also taught me how to be a team player with strong commitment, which I feel can be beneficial to any part-time job I pursue. I believe my communication skills are very good. I believe quite strongly that effective communication is a key part of being successful at work and play. Thanks so much for taking time to read this. |

The main job is to assist and make sure that my student is staying on track of every subject and participate in classroom activities. I also assist the teacher in the implementation and delivery of instructional plans and developing strategies for students that need extra help and needing further more instructions. This job provides a range of assistants to address specific needs including personal and physical care. When working with a small group of kids the main obligation is to ask students questions to check for understanding. The main role of an EA is to be aware of all surroundings and not only helping one specific student and sitting beside them, but to be more universal. Walking around the classroom is always best because you can see when a specific student needs extra help or assistance. |
