I have eight years of experience working in a local early childhood institution specifically with children 2 months and up. I am now in the process of seeking a job that will allow me to have one-on-one interaction with a child.
I have an associate degree in early childhood education and a certificate in primary education. I am a mother of two and also an early childhood educator. I have learned how difficult it can be to manage the varying needs of children in diverse stages of development. I have the ability to care for each child individually, while paying close attention to the needs of the group.
I am committed to providing safe, nurturing environment for the child/children in my care. As an early childhood educator for eight years at an early childhood institution that caters for infants, toddlers, preschoolers and afterschool. I provide care to children according to their individual needs and abilities.
I take safety extremely serious and am trained and certified in childhood first aid and CPR. I believe such knowledge is important for a childcare provider and can be a life saver in case of an injury or accident.
