In addition, I maintained interest areas in the classroom, set up, establishing a structure for each day (schedules and routines) so that children know what to expect and understand what is expected of them, organize choice times small and large group and create a classroom community in which children learn how to get along with others and solve problems peacefully.

I also worked at New York Board of Education as a Substitute teacher for about 6 years. I have been working with Prek to 2nd grade students. I assist teacher in the classroom on occasion perform teacher related activities such as teaching pre planned lesson engage students, differentiated instruction, keep the class in order, interacting with children, faculty and staff.
