| First of all, I am a mother and grandmother so childcare or housekeeping is not new to me. I am honest, reliable, understanding, detailed oriented and have excellent work ethics. I LOVE children and they never stop to amaze me. They are little angels, and also a blessing from God. Clean environment is very important and healthy for all of us. So housekeeping is very important especially for bringing up the kids healthy. So, that as always been part of my job description. Every child has different personalities so I analyze and decide how best to deal with it. Patience is a virtue, so I try my best to exercise it as much as possible. Loving and warmth is a must because not only kids need it we as adults need it too. Respect is another very important attribute, this goes both way. Kids have to be taught this because they were not born with this, it is something that we must always do and they will follow. |
