Thank you Kindly, Miracle I honestly don't have one decipline method for all children because not all children respond to the same method, so I assess each situation and child as I see fit and handle it to the best of my abilities. Due to the fact that children already have two parents and in some case just one sometimes they do not need another and are less likely to be responsive to someone who is acting as such so I am more into letting them know what they did wrong, giving them a chance to apologize, and fix it. If that does not work we will discontinue doing whatever it is we are doing and I will patiently wait for the child to understand the problem. But generally it never gets to this point. If the parents have a schedule I will stick to it as well as through in a little bit of spontaneous fun But if the parents do not have a schedule I will create one of my own but keep it so mixed in with the spontaenous fun that the children will be none the wiser I am very interactive when it comes to children because if I am enjoying myself and having fun then so will everyone else I like to suggest rather than tell children what they should be doing because then they feel accomplished and are more likely to do it without too much of a struggle And whatever I require of them I do myself.
