As a shift leader I supervised a team of 8 workers where respect, good work ethics, and love for our job was example and exercised by the whole team.
The team collaborated with the FEMA Governmental group and helped us with our daily endeavors. I also instructed the group on most of the tasks.
Made inventory on a daily basis of children who bathed, to keep track for security protocol by the Border Patrol system.
The team was in charge of distributing personal hygiene items as well as assisting when/if needed with the bath. Mainly with children who didn't or weren't able to bath themselves. This protocol was to be executed as a form of disease prevention spread due to the fact that children would later travel around the United States. A better hygiene system would bring a Great opportunity to bring the percentage down to a minimum if not none whatsoever of disease spread.
The team also played with the children as they waited their turn to shower and interacted in fun activities.
