Mrs. Phyllis Deloatch
My name is Mrs. Phyllis and I an Assistant Director Coordinator of Education Works Early Learning Center. I chose to write this recommendation for Ms. Tracey Hedgepeth because I have known her for over 8 years. In the different setting as a Aide to a Lead Teacher I have been able to see what a wonderful teacher she is. Ms. Hedgepeth has a delightful personality that draws children attention. She uses her classroom to create an environment that allow children to be creative and learn through play. I recommend her for any child care program that wants her, because our program is closing in June and I don't want to see a program lose a good teacher. Sincerely, Mrs. Phyllis Deloatch Early Learning Center Assistant Coordinator

Ms. Geneva Bulter
To Whom It May Concern: I have been known Ms. Hedgepeth for 10 years she work as my Assistant teacher at Molly's Day Care Center. She also is a volunteer her time at our summer program here at SCCF Out Reach Ministries . She was a infant and toddler teacher. In observing Ms. Hedgepeth I have noticed that she is a conscientious in her observations and diligent to make sure those children are assigned with proper guidance . She has and amazing circle time she is always bright and exhilarating with materials that express the personalities of the children. She left the programs for a better position. I would highly recommend her for the position she is going for. Good Luck Ms. Tracey Sincerely, Ms. Geneva Butler-Director
