  About Me

I was born and raised in New York. My mom is Jamaican and my dad is Nigerian. I have a big family on both sides, therefore I have a lot of younger cousins who tends to bond with me the most. This led me into having a huge passion for kids and ensuring that they are happy. I have a younger sister who will be turning 5 in August. This love and passion I have for kids, initiated the notion of me becoming a RN in Pediatrics. I moved to Philadelphia for college last August(2015) at Temple University. I have realized since a young age what my aspirations are in life, and I created my workforce around children. I have worked at summer camps, daycares, and last summer, I was a Nanny. I have worked with children from 5months-10yrs of age. I am creative, energetic, athletic, patient, calm, flexible, and nurturing. My hobbies are reading, volleyball, and cooking. One main attribution that I have is the ability of creating captivating activities. I am all for ensuring that your child is not in front of the TV 24/7, but he/she is able to use their imagination. Another contribution is that I have previously took an Early Childhood Education class during my first semester in college. Also, I am not afraid of being authoritative.
