I took care of my grandchildren, saw them on the school bus, waited for them after school; provided milk and cookies for them and helped them with their homework. I am an older adult, however, I am very active and the younger people at work say they cannot believe my age and I can work circles around most of them. The greatest thing I an offer as a Nanny is loving them like my own. I am very easy going. I like to work with the children and provide creative experiences for them. For example, for Christmas, my youngest grandchild and I created placemats for the whole family for Christmas dinner. I the summer I like to take them on picnics in the park where they can get fresh air. I like to keep them busy and do not sit them down by the television. I am extremely conscientious, am always at least a half hour early for work and do not mind staying over if necessary.
