Hi. My name is Trish. I’m a 31 year old single nanny relocating to Albuquerque upon acceptance of a new nanny position. i’ve been caring for kids for 19 years. The past 3 years have been with boys on the autism spectrum and their siblings. I was short 2 lab courses of my B. S. Psychology degree but waited too long to finish quickly enough so I’m coming to live with family in New Mexico and will eventually be deciding on which direction I’ll take my education.
I’m part of the queer community and teach children empathy, acceptance, and celebration of diversity found in humanity. I prefer a casual environment where I can dress in a tank top and shorts when it’s hot. I love to dye my hair fun colors, and I’m as silly as they come with kids. I create jewelry in my free time and love to do arts and crafts with kids. I thoroughly enjoy teaching, tutoring, and helping with homework. Math’s my favorite, but I’m good with all elementary subjects.
I’ve cared for up to four children at a time long-term but am open to more if they’re mostly older than 5. I’m looking to care for children ages 4 and up right now, but I’m flexible. I have a minivan that fits up to 5 children in the back and one older child or adult up front. I love swimming and will gladly do so with the kids. I take the 3 kids I’m with now to the beach quite often in the summer.
My best schedule lies between 12pm and 6am Mon-Fri, but the days are open to compromise. I can and do provide the following: meal prep/cooking, errands, driving kids to and fro, light housekeeping, and organizing. Ask me about anything else you have in mind. I’m looking for employment with a w-2 and take-home pay (after withholding) of $2200+/mo which ends up being a minimum of $17/hr with 40hrs/wk, $20/hr with 34hrs/wk, $25/hr with 27hrs/wk, or something along those lines. |

9 years experience, 3 references |
I’ve been caring for kids for the past 19 years. The past 3 years I’ve been nanny to 2 families with 3 boys total on the autism spectrum. I’m both a nanny and a babysitter, two very different jobs. I’ve spent many years with families long-term, and all children are different, requiring different styles of teaching and behavior from their nanny. |

I was caretaker to her 2 sons on the autism spectrum for over 2 years and left to care for my current family. I left only because I was forced to buy s new car and could no longer pay my bills with her wages. I cared for one of her sons when he was an infant and toddler as well. In fact, I cared for most of her nieces and nephews as well. |
