Such as timeout, less outside time, or even something as little as taking a favorite toy away for a little bit. I really enjoy getting down to the childs level to play or teach them something. I love to go on walks to the park or even take them to the zoo, so they can learn about all the cool animals. I like to let the children do arts and crafts, outside play, indoor play, read, and just learn all the things there is to learn. I believe that there is a time for everything, such as playtime, eat time, nap time, and learn time. I think that if there is a routine to follow it helps everyone, not just the child(ren). I think the best way for a nanny, child(ren), and parents to work together is by, communicating, organization, planning, and agreeing on things.
