Wouldn't you want a peace of mind when you leave for work knowing your childern are safe and having a great time ? I am postivie I can provice much more than asked. I want to be apart of the family rather then a nanny. I want the childern to look up to me as a role model. I am drug free, non smoker, dependable, clean driving record. I beleive in communication with the child. I am also a firm talker. If I feel the childern is not cooperative I use the time out method.
I don't believe in bad mouthing, beating, or harsh punishments.
I beleive in learning right from wrong.
I am fun and caring with childern and want to express my love for them.
If they are good I reward with trips to the zoo, parks, playgrounds.
