| I am an energetic 19-year-old college student who is very experienced with children. I am a triathlete at the University of Colorado and LOVE to be outside and active. I am a very easy going, laid back person who loves meeting new people. I love to really get to know a child before I decide how to structure my childcare style around them. Since every child is different, I like to figure out what works best for that particular child. I do believe every child should have independence to a certain extent although not let them run around crazy. I am not a fan of yelling for punishment- I would rather work through a problem verbally calm. |
