| Originally from California. Youngest of 4 kids and the only girl. I love children, the younger the better. I believe they should be respectful of rules and adults but should still be allowed to be kids. Contained messes such as supervised finger painting outdoors where the children wear covers can be fun and stress free. Activities such as making cookies, rice krispie treats, or a healthy snack are fun for the children while allowing them to learn teamwork, measuring skills, and patience while they await their hardwork to finish cooking. I enjoy doing culinary projects with children as well as outdoor activities and arts and crafts. Casual but firm. Children know we can laugh and play but they also know that no means no. Playtime is playtime and study time is study time. I like to develop a trusting, loving relationship. Very organized with forms that are filed out by the parent about allergies, special dites, emergency numbers, doctor numbers, any medication, etc. |
