Flexibility/Management of Schedule
One main benefit of having an au pair is the flexibility and reliability they provide. With an au pair, your children will receive full-time childC. for up to 10 hours a day, 45 hours a week.

The au pair will work around your scheduling needs and because they stay with your family for one full year, your children will receive the same high-quality childC. consistently in a safe and nurturing environment.

The au pair can also do any light housekeeping as long as it is related to childC..
For example, the au pair can do your children’s laundry, help tidy their rooms, prepare their meals and help clean up after them.

Diverse Program Options
· One Year Program - Our original au pair program is a unique year-long experience combining dedicated au pair childC. and cultural exchange. Au pairs provide up to 45 hours of C. per week, not to exceed 10 hours per day. Hours are flexible, so you can work with your au pair to create a schedule to accommodate your family's needs.
· Infant Specialized C. Program - This unique au pair program provides host families with infants (0-12 months) with a trained au pair who specializes in infant C. giving and development. Infant Specialized Au Pairs have considerable experience caring for infants and attend an infant CPR certification course. Infant Specialized au pairs receive training in Baby Sign Language, Baby Massage, caring for multiples and American styles of C. giving.
· Au Pair Extension Program- Both you and your au pair will have the option to extend your program for an additional 6, 9 or 12 months. The au pair Extension program is a wonderful opportunity to provide your family with continuous au pair childC. for up to 24 months.
· Repeat Au Pair Program - You have the option of choosing an international au pair from our Repeat Au Pair Program. Au pairs on the Repeat Au Pair Program have successfully completed the one-year au pair program, are familiar with American culture and have established themselves as reliable child C. givers.

AupairC. – ensures quality/skilled childC. providers
All of our au pairs are extensively screened with an in-person interview from our partner’s overseas, reference checks, English proficiency Exam, psychological evaluation, criminal and health background check. 4-Day training and orientation upon arrive to the U. S. With AupairC., you know you will be bringing in a qualified C. giver into the home.

Cultural Awareness
Not only will your children benefit from having an au pair, but the entire family benefits by learning about different foods, language and culture of the au pair’s home country. This experience usually has a lasting, positive impact on how the child relates to others and the world around them.

Support Staff
You will also receive ongoing local support from the AupairC. Area Director near your home town throughout the year while you are hosting the au pair. The Area Director will conduct an in-home interview with you when you apply to the program and then follow-up with you every month. The Area Director is a great source of information and support for both you and your au pair throughout the entire program. She also will arrange monthly events for the au pairs in your area.

Affordable
For $320 per week, or $7 per hour families can have an in-home C. giver that looks after their children for up to 45 hours per week in the safety of their own home. DayC. centers charge an additional fee for each child and different fees based upon the age of your child. AupairC. program fees are the same regardless of the number of children you have.
