| The most rewarding part is when they learn something new & how proud they get and I get watching their minds grow. Children have this innocent vibe about them. Their imaginations and wonders of this world is amazing. And of course I love all the sweet hugs & beautiful smiles. I am extremely flexible. I have worked on and off as a live-in nanny for almost 4 years now. I have worked at a couple day cares, but I believe you should do one on one work with children not twenty on one. I love working with children and learning about their developmental stages. I have worked with children who have disabilities, mostly autistic children. My patience with kids is amazing. I do not mind caring for children with disabilities. |
