To Whom It May Concern,

I have known Shelly E. for approximately 2 years now as she has worked in the childcare program I coordinate at our church in Portland, OR. She has had many responsibilities, including watching children from ages 0-12, communicating with parents, taking care of babies, handling children with behavior issues, and doing crafts and games with the children.

I would recommend her without hesitation for any type of job working with children. She has shown herself to be patient and extremely caring and is a trustworthy worker. She shows up at events faithfully and on time and does extra work to do the job to the best of her ability. I am very confident she would be a wonderful addition to any home or workplace looking for someone with these skills.

If you have any questions or would like any further input, I can be reached at ***@*** or ###-###-####.

Sincerely,

Dyane Davis
