| I have always had a passion working with kids. Kids love me because I am soft spoken and kind due to the fact that I can gain control and get what needs to be done while remaining calm and kind. I am extremely responsible. I have three goals when I babysit or nanny, those are 1. The safety of the childern 2. Make sure they are repsecting the parents rules and finally 3. Following the schedule the parents have asked to follow. I am a very kind and caring person who has become very important to several families simply because I give all I can to earn the respect of their kids which results in mutual repect. The key to taking care of kids and making sure everything that needs to be accomplished is accomplished and that is soley done if their is mutual respect.
