Most recently, I was a nanny for my the Mayfield Family's two beautiful daughters, ages 8 months and 2 years old. The job required housekeeping as well as the care for their children. In the past I sat for my Pastor's three wonderful school aged boys. I find my self constantly being drawn to children in my work as well. I taught swim lessons to children ranging from 6 months to 5 years old for a year, and I was involved in an Americorps non profit organization called Jumpstart, which focuses on enhancing literacy and cognitive development for children between the ages of 3 and 5 years old. I have worked at several camps, including Camp Boggy Creek which is more focused on children with physical or developmental disabilities.
