| I enjoy working with children because they teach me so much about what is really important in life. learning new things, having fun and taking care of one another. I am a warm individual who is sensitive to the needs of others and I like to work with children because they inspire me to be a more kind person who is full of imaginative ideas. I am working on becoming a teacher and would like to be placed in a situation were I can provide fun and educational experiences for the children left in my care. Personally, I enjoy spending time with my friends and family. I enjoy reading and writing and am hoping to become a world traveler. I establish clear expectations for the children in my care so they know what to expect from me and what I expect their behavior to look like in a calm and compassionate manner. I like to have fun with the children, but also plan activities that are educational and interesting. I try very hard to establish a warm, nurturing and professional relationship with the child or children so they feel comfortable having fun with me and trusting me when issues arise. |
