| I believe that children need a warm and nurturing environment so that they are able to grow and thrive. The only person that is able to provide that is the caregivers. I make sure to give them lots of love especially when they need it. I believe that when it comes to children, they all have to be taught differently and that if payed close enough attention, it is easy to see how to teach each individual child to help them reach their full potential. I believe that if you fully explain things to children of any age they will understand better why they should and should not do things. I do not believe in spanking as a punishment. The only discipline I believe in is time out. |
