| I am a 34 year old Child care provider, personal trainer and lifestyle coach. I truly have a passion for changing others peoples lives through optimal health and fitness. I also have a passion for taking care and working with children. I have been working with children for the last 12 years. Much of my experience with children has involved sports, art and crafts, science, music and drama, social, emotional and cognitive skills. I have been fortunate to live in Alaska for the last 10 years, so I have grown to love and work in the out doors. I enjoying playing tennis, piano, hiking, swimming, biking etc. I have also taught creative dance for many years. I graduated from Eastern Kentucky University with a Bachelors in Exercise Sports and Science.
