To correct disobedience I usually give them a TIME-OUT OR by taking away their favorite stuff that they liked the most or what they love to do for a few days or so. I always make sure parents know about the behavior of their child/children's and why they were in TIME-OUT for, of course if this is ok with parent's otherwise I Obey and keep the rules.
