We are looking for someone who can be sensitive and attuned to our son’s rhythms and needs throughout the day, whether they be feeding, cuddling, sleeping, or learning/development and play. We are looking for someone for 3-5 days a week, Mondays through Fridays. Depending on applicant’s interests and aptitudes, duties could include: 1) Basic care of our son - being able to attend to the daily needs (feeding 3-4 times a day, putting to sleep, dressing, administering meds, playing) 2) Housekeeping - daily tasks (cleaning kitchen, preparing food), weekly tasks (laundry, vacuuming/mopping floors, bathrooms) 3) Learning and development - helping our son develop and learn vision and communication, helping with implementing his physical therapies at home, attending recreational activities (music, swimming), and attending medical and therapy appointments. 4) Other activities - grocery shopping, errands, driving, gardening.  Position Type: Live in or Live out, Full Time  Work Hours: 40 - 50 hours/week  Position Duration: 1 - 2 years  Valid driver's license required: Yes  Automobile use: Family can provide car for use on the job  Comfortable with pets: No    Start Date: April 23, 2013  Salary: $1800 - $2000/month  Smoking status desired:   Comfortable with pets: No  I offer the following accommodations for live in position:    Private room      Private bath      TV in room
