| Hi.
We are looking for a full time nanny in Groveland. My husband and I both work full-time and need someone to care for our children from 7:00am-3:00pm Monday through Friday. We provide paid time off for major holidays which includes the entire week between Christmas and New Year.
We have two sons, ages 18 months and 5 years. Our oldest will be attending kindergarten this fall and will need assistance primarily in the mornings getting ready for school. He will occasionally require full day care if he has the day off or is sick and needs to stay home.
Our youngest would be the primary responsibility. He has an expressive speech delay and is currently in speech therapy, but communicates well using ASL (he has a 30-40 word signing vocabulary). We are looking for a nanny willing to participate in his at-home speech exercises as well as someone who is willing to take the initiative to create an age appropriate curriculum of recreational and educational activities. He does attend some out-of-home events such as a weekly music class that would require you to travel into Peoria. We would be happy to provide a vehicle for you to drive.
