This will include guiding them with their homework, reinforcing therapies, and driving them to a few activities and appointments. Both our boys have high-functioning autism. They struggle with communication and development, but are kind, sweet-natured and funny, and love playing together. We're looking for someone with a background in and working with children with sensory challenges and developmental delay who will strive to connect with our kids. The ideal candidate would be a confident and responsible individual who can help our boys academically and socially by applying approaches used at school and in therapy, while implementing new strategies to help them succeed.
